Managing Partner, Acquisitions, has more than 20 years of experience in finance and development. Prior to founding Revest, Greg was VP of Special Projects at Romspen Investment Corporation, a commercial mortgage fund, where he was responsible for managing troubled real estate assets. Before Romspen, Greg was the founder and CEO of Gale Force Energy, a Canadian wind power developer; prior to GFE, Greg was the founder and CEO of Capital Vision Inc., a Toronto-based limited market dealer. He is a former partner of Bain Coleman, Lawyers, and associate of Heenan Blaikie, Toronto. Greg has a BA in Political Science from UBC and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Jeff Gareau
Director, Sales and Marketing, has almost 15 years of experience in U.S. real estate. Prior to joining Revest, Jeff was Director of Sales at Legend Asset Management Fund, an Arizona real estate fund which specialized in distressed residential real estate. Prior to that, Jeff was Executive Vice-President of Irish American Management Services, where he was responsible for obtaining the entitlements for the Sarasota Quay, a mixed-use development with 700 condominiums and 140,000 square ft of commercial space. Jeff has a BA from Concordia University in Montreal.
David Franklin
Chief Advisor, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall, York University. Admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1973 he practiced law primarily in real estate, corporate, commercial, securities and tax. In the eighties, David developed small commercial real estate plazas in Ontario and invested in real estate in the Metropolitan Toronto area. In the late nineties and early two thousands he worked with Canworth Investment Corporation, which was involved with Goldman Sachs and subsequently TD CMO for the purpose of origination and securitization of small commercial mortgages in Canada.
David has managed investments professionally since 1994. He is a non-practicing member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and since 2008 has also been involved in structuring, educating and marketing U.S. and international properties. David resides in Toronto.
Managing Partner, Finance, has more than a decade of experience in finance and real estate lending. Prior to joining US Property Shop, Michael was the founder and CEO of Bifrost Commercial Credit Corporation, a real estate lender based in Toronto, and was also a partner at the law firm of Fogler Rubinoff in Toronto. Michael has a BA from the University of Western Ontario, an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
Daniela Iamundo
Manager of Business Development and Public Relations, Daniela graduated from Ryerson University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Marketing and minoring in Communications. She worked for one of Canada’s largest pension plans, OMERS, and for the past 7 years she has been involved in real estate as an alternative investment for Canadians. Since 2009 she has been involved in educating Canadians on U.S. markets. Daniela resides in Toronto and currently serves as Manager of Business Development and Public Relations for The Real Estate Investment Network, REIN™.
