Phoenix is being gobbled up. Florida inventory is dissappearing.
But if you have read this blog or come to our seminars, you will know this has been happening for a long time. The so called ‘steals’ are long gone, but there are certainly still good deals if you do your research. Trust us, there are markets and zip codes already that have bidding wars.
So here is some news from a BMO report,
Tuesday’s BMO report showed that building permits in the United States, an indicator of what’s to come for starts, jumped 7.9 per cent in May to the highest level since September 2008.
So where is this shadow inventory people are scared will depress prices? Gobbled up by investors and never really hitting the market.

prices in Phoenix are up about 25 per cent in the last seven months alone…
