If you have attended one of our seminars or followed our blog closely, you would notice that we are bullish on Miami-Dade, warm weather states, and United States properties in general. On top of that, we want to articulate that there are, in fact, 2 real estate markets in the United States:
1) The regular housing market with buyers and sellers
2) The distressed housing market where people are looking to pick up foreclosures and properties to rent out to other people
This article will clearly show the tale of 2 cities, BUT, the common factor is that inventory is decreasing, and that means there are increasing prices.
